Warning: Lexicon Library is a fictional libary, part of a webdesign assignment! Whatever you read here is made-up by the student.
Lexicon Library is part of Lexicon Academy. Despite being only a few years old (our branch was established in 2022), we have one of the biggest libraries in the world. Not only do we have one of the biggest libraries in the world, but we also offer exceptional academic material for the students' academic needs.
This website was created by Christian Magnus Erbo Aspheim Roughvedt, a student in IM at Porsgrunn VGS
This assignment was a test of his programming skills and ingenuity. He says this was a very fun task to do because it allowed him to be creative, make something of his own, and have something to be proud of. He will truly look back on this in the future and be proud of his accomplishments.
This assignment touched on a few different things. Such as:
"Visualisere og utvikle konsepter og ideer tilpasset ulike plattformer" was a nightmare to get right. It's a lot of just testing what works. But the mastering feeling you get when you finally get it working both fullscreen and 1/3 screen is such a rush.
"Bruke prinsipper for feilsøking og retting i arbeid med programmering" was also quite the challenge to master. The problem is that HTML and CSS don't have "errors". If it's wrong, the site won't work as intended.
"Bruke dokumentasjon og dokumentere faglige prosesser" was a life-saver in the grand scheme of the assignment. If I didn't have W3Schools or MDN Docs, I'd be sitting here until the sun exploded.
